Sydney Kings
Visual Identity, Finished Art
Year—2023
Sector—Sports
Developed for the Sydney Kings’ 2023 NBL campaign, the uniform design sought to build on the team’s visual legacy while introducing modern elements to elevate on court presence. The project focused on balancing tradition and evolution—delivering an identity that feels both grounded and forward-facing.
At the heart of the design is a custom collegiate-style wordmark, built to evoke a sense of pride, history, and bold presence. Paired with matching collegiate numbers and player name typesetting, the uniform draws on classic sportswear references while presenting a distinct and recognisable Kings identity.
The result is a uniform that pays homage to past eras while confidently stepping into a new visual chapter—clean, bold, and unmistakably Kings.
